SmartBeak

Unlike most companies that don't seem to want to hear from you after you've purchased a product, VistaSource provides a tool for reporting problems via electronic mail. Clicking on the SmartBeak icon in the Applixware Iconbar brings up a simplified new message window. Typing in a subject and an explanation of the problem - complete with an area for comments not to be made public - sends a message to the VistaSource support staff. This is something you hope you never need, but it is nice to have.
